Shipping Policies:

We make every effort to achieve a 3-day turnaround time wherein you order on day one, and it's in the mail to you within 36 hours.
Shipping is currently a flat-rate per item in order to cover shipping and materials costs.

If your item(s) does not arrive within 10 days of your initial order, or if there is something wrong with the product when it arrives, please contact us at petcraftbandanas@gmail.com so we can work with you to solve the issue.

We want happy customers, and are happy to help however we can to make things right.

Return Policies:
We will accept returns of non-personalized items of original quality within 30 days of purchase.

You must initially pay the return shipping.
Once your item is inspected and verified to be of original quality, we will issue the refund and reimburse you the cost of return shipping.

If the item is not of original quality, we will contact you in order to understand the situation. We want to help solve any issues reasonably and fairly for both parties.

Please understand that we cannot accept returns on personalized items, as they cannot be re-sold. If there is an issue with your personalized item(s), please contact us at petcraftbandanas@gmail.com so that we can solve the issue with you.
